  • How do I join or renew membership with CAPEU?
    Please visit capeu.org and click on the application link for both new and reinstatement of membership.

  • What makes CAPEU valuable to its members?
    CAPEU will provide international education platform, providing a collegial network for the sharing of information, issues and ideas among education universities leaders from Asia Pacific region.

  • Who are CAPEU members?
    Universities, colleges and institutes represented in the organisational meeting of CAPEU organized by the Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris in Tanjong Malim, Malaysia, whose signatures appear herein, shall constitute the founding membership of CAPEU.

  • What institutions can join CAPEU?
    All education university/institution or any university /institution have the faculty of education can join the consortium.

  • What are the benefits of CAPEU membership?
    CAPEU will provide a platform for dialogue with each other, promote international education, and organizations concerned with the shaping and management of education policy. Some other benefits of membership include:

  • What are the fees?
    USD2, 500 for two years.

  • My instituition is not an Asia-Pacific Region; can my Institution still join CAPEU?
    Yes. Other universities/institutions not in the Asia-Pacific Region can apply subject to the approval from the Board of Directors.

  • Can anybody who joined the consortium will be appoint as Board of Directors?
    The Board shall consist of member’ universities, colleges and institutes of higher learning represented by their highest executive officers such as the President, Vice Chancellor, Rector or other nomenclature used to refer to their top executive officer.

  • What is the CAPEU membership cycle?
    2 years.

  • What are the difference of members and partners?
    Members consist of universities/institutions that are related to education across Asia-Pacific while partners are being appointed by the Board of Directors.
